Qualification
To qualify for the Management Analyst V position, you must gather the minimum qualification conditions established by the State of Hawai'i. These normally cover a combination of education and expertise in management analysis, public administration, or a related field.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in company administration, public administration, or a related field.
- Four years of expert know-how in management analysis, scheme evaluation, or administrative management.

- Knowledge of public sector budgeting, procurement, and human assets processes.
