Qualification

Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications for Mental Health Worker as defined by the County of Santa Clara. This typically includes relevant education and experience in mental health or a related field.

Role Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Document patient observations and report changes to nursing staff.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
  • Transport patients to appointments or activities as needed.
