Qualification

Role Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of defendants in Pierce County Superior Court, conducting risk assessments and developing supervision plans.
- Connect defendants to community resources such as housing, employment, and substance abuse treatment.
- Monitor compliance with court-ordered conditions and report violations to the court.
- Collaborate with judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and community partners to support pretrial release decisions.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on caseload activities and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and training to stay current on pretrial justice proven methods.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for the court regarding defendant risk and needs.
