Job Description

The State of Hawai'i Department of Transportation (DOT) is hiring a Program Evaluation Analysis Manager to lead the department's planning, programming and budgeting activities. This role is based in Honolulu on the island of Oahu.

You will direct the systematic analysis and annual preparation of the DOT's Six-Year Program and Financial Plans and Biennium Budget requests. You will also develop complete studies of major programs and issues.

This position supervises a group of multi-disciplined personnel in engineering, economic and financial fields.

Qualification

Applicants must have knowledge of principles of public administration, functions and organization of State government, report writing, and advanced cost/benefit analysis. Experience in directing planning and budgeting activities is required.

  • Develop and prepare complete studies of major programs and issues.
  • Supervise a group of multi-disciplined personnel in engineering, economic and financial fields.
