The Division of Child and Family Solutions is hiring a full-time Psychiatric Caseworker 2 for the Intensive In-Home Clinical Services Team in Las Vegas. This role offers high-intensity, short-term, home and community-based interventions for youth from birth through age eighteen who are experiencing complicated behavioral health needs.
Using a modest caseload model, the caseworker provides flexible, recurring, and very focused back, wrapping finalize offerings around families to promote stability and achievement.
This role serves youth transitioning back home after out-of-home treatment, those at imminent danger of out-of-home placement who can be safely stabilized with regular localized support, and youth requiring intensive interventions to thrive in their communities.
The Psychiatric Caseworker performs in a collaborative group model, either alongside a Licensed Clinician or independently based on family needs.
As the lead provider for psychosocial rehabilitation solutions, basic competencies training, and care coordination, the caseworker provides straight interventions that support youth and families develop lasting skills and resilience.
Salary & Compensation
Salary: $61,575 - $90,995 per year.
Qualification
You must gather the minimum qualifications for Psychiatric Caseworker 2 as established by the State of Nevada. This generally covers a combination of education and background in social perform, psychology, or a related field, with precise know-how in behavioral health case management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Give intensive in-home casework offerings to youth and families enrolled in the Intensive In-Home Clinical Solutions plan.
- Carry out psychosocial rehabilitation and core abilities training to help youth develop coping and life competencies.
- Arrange care with community providers, schools, and other agencies to confirm wrap up aid.
- Create and implement individualized offering schemes in collaboration with the family and clinical staff.
- Keep up a compact caseload to enable for frequent, flexible, and extremely focused interventions.
- Document all offerings and progress under state and scheme standards.
- Participate in crew meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.
- Supply crisis intervention and stabilization assist as needed.
Conditions & Requirements
- Must be capable to function a full-time schedule, covering some evenings or weekends as needed for family availability.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to clients' homes and community locations in the Las Vegas sphere.
