The Central Intelligence Agency is hiring a Registered Nurse to join its occupational health group in Washington, DC. This role goes beyond ordinary clinic nursing—you'll back CIA officers with travel medicine, emergency preparedness, case management, and OSHA-mandated programs.
You'll assess both occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries, administer immunizations, and provide medical clearances for overseas travel. You'll also respond to medical emergencies independently, maintain emergency supplies, and carry out health education.

Salary & Compensation
Pay / Settle Package: $103,478 - $112,662 per year.
Qualification
You must be a U.S. Citizen, at least 18 years longstanding, and hold an active Registered Nurse license in good standing in one or more states. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field is called for.
You also demand five or more years of nursing experience in critical care, case management, emergency nursing, public health nursing, or occupational health nursing.

Role Responsibilities
- Spot and assess occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries among CIA personnel.
- Administer immunizations and supply pre-travel medical guidance for employees deploying overseas.
- Respond to medical emergencies, perform independent assessments, and offer emergency interventions.
- Inspect and keep up emergency medical supplies and equipment.
- Run OSHA-mandated programs covering spirometry, hearing exams, and ergonomic evaluations.
- Build and carry out health education programs on disease prevention and health promotion.
- Give person counseling on occupational health and wellness.
- Uphold required certifications and participate in professional development activities.
