Qualification

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist clients in developing individualized rehabilitation schemes.
- Supply vocational counseling and guidance to aid clients spot path targets.
- Arrange with employers, training programs, and community agencies to facilitate job placements.
- Uphold precise case records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate client competencies, interests, and needs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust blueprints as needed.
- Participate in group meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to assist the rehabilitation mission.
