Job Description

Salary & Compensation

Qualification
To qualify for the Research Analyst 3 role, you must gather the state's published qualification standards, which usually include a combination of education and expertise in research, statistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to research, statistics, economics, or social sciences.
- At least two years of professional research background, covering information collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and database management.
- Aptitude to design and carry out quantitative and qualitative research studies.
- Sturdy written and verbal communication competencies for presenting findings.
- Knowledge of research methodologies and figures visualization techniques.
- Know-how operating with government or public sector records preferred.
- Capacity to run multiple projects and encounter deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and conduct complex research studies and information analyzes.
- Round up, compile, and analyze figures from various sources.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations for agency leadership.
- Create and uphold databases and records systems.
- Interpret statistical findings and offer actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with plan workforce to pinpoint research needs and priorities.
- Confirm information accuracy and integrity through quality control procedures.
- Respond to figures requests from internal and external stakeholders.
