Qualification
You must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of supervisory background in a residential treatment or behavioral health setting. Applicable certifications or licensure may be preferred.

- Two or more years of supervisory experience in a residential treatment facility or alike setting.
- Understanding of psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) operations and regulations.
- Robust leadership and crew management skills.
- Ability to build and carry out treatment blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license and aptitude to pass background inspect.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage everyday operations of the PRTF, making sure a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Manage and train direct care workforce, such as scheduling and performance management.
- Arrange resident care plans with clinical staff and external providers.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
- Confirm compliance with state and federal regulations, covering licensing standards.
- Manage facility budget and tools efficiently.
- Conduct routine team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist as primary point of contact for families and guardians.
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations promptly.
- Uphold exact records and documentation.
