The City of El Paso is seeking a Ride and Attractions Attendant to join its team in El Paso, Texas.

Qualification
To qualify for this Ride and Attractions Attendant position, you must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of customer service or public contact experience. A Texas Class C Driver's License or equivalent from another state is required.

Role Responsibilities
Provide customer service and assist customers and the general public.
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Collect admission tickets and passes from customers.
- Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity using criteria such as color and date issued.
- Assist customers in finding available seats on amusement ride or attraction.
- Provide assistance and guide customers to exits or provide other instructions as needed or in case of emergency.
- Provide assistance with evacuating customers from amusement ride or attraction in case of emergency.
- Operate amusement rides and attractions under general supervision.

- Must obtain Ropes Course Inc. certification within 30 days of appointment.
- Must maintain Ropes Course Inc. certification (renewed every 12 months).
