Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist as the institution’s primary lead for correctional officer recruitment.

- Spot and screen candidates for minimum qualifications.
- Run meetings and arrange meetings with the Warden.
- Oversee pre-employment conditions such as testing, background reviews, and medical screenings.
- Oversee new-hire orientation, equipment issuance, and early post shadowing.
- Track candidate progress and keep up hiring records.
- Report recruitment trends to leadership.
- Organize with HR, training team, and leadership to support staffing requires.
