Qualification

Duties & Responsibilities
- Fast engage candidates and give plain information about this role and hiring routine.
- Screen submissions for minimum qualifications and assist candidates through packed submission moves.
- Run meetings, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate meetings with the Warden.
- Oversee all pre-employment conditions, covering testing, background checks, and medical screenings.
- Oversee new-hire orientation, equipment issuance, and first job shadowing.
- Track candidate progress, maintain hiring records, and report recruitment patterns to leadership.
- Organize with HR, training staff, and leadership to aid institutional staffing requires.
- Make sure all candidates meet agency standards and security needs.
Conditions & Requirements
- Must be a current or former correctional officer with a clean record.
- Capacity to pass a finalize background investigation.
- Must be fit to operate full-time hours, such as occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Must keep up physical fitness standards as needed by the agency.
