Salary & Compensation
Salary: $19.36 - $24.02 per hour.
Qualification
You should be pursuing or have of late completed a degree in environmental science, sustainability, urban planning, or a related field. Sturdy communication and venture management competencies are crucial.
- Currently enrolled in or new graduate of a bachelor's or master's scheme in environmental science, sustainability, urban planning, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and nearby government.
- Powerful written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to perform independently and as portion of a group.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Term, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with figures collection and analysis preferred.
- Sound driver's license and ability to travel within the metro.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid with the development and execution of sustainability initiatives and programs.
- Run research and records analysis on energy, waste, water, and transportation.
- Assist community engagement efforts, covering events and outreach materials.
- Get ready reports, presentations, and communications for town workforce and the public.
- Organize with metro departments and external partners on sustainability projects.
- Track and report on sustainability metrics and progress toward targets.
- Go to meetings and provide administrative back as needed.

- Open to operate a versatile schedule, such as some evenings or weekends for events.
- Physical capacity to perform field work and take part in outdoor events.
