The Nevada Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) is hiring a Training Officer 1 for Summit View Youth Center (SVYC).. A 48-bed secure facility for male youth ages 14 to 18 located in Las Vegas.. NV.
In this role, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of training for SVYC staff, including supervising and conducting training sessions, preparing course descriptions, developing curriculum, and delivering trainings.
You will serve as the liaison to the Division of Human Resources on training needs and requirements, conduct training needs assessments, analyze results, and make recommendations.

Conditions & Requirements
