Qualification

- Perform district concrete laboratory inspections and pen subsequent reports.
- Organize and instruct Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Inspector and Technician schools.
- Monitor hands-on exams for PCC certification programs.
- Form independent engineering decisions within the defined policy framework.
- Help with setting wide objectives for the Cement and Concrete Section.
