Salary & Compensation
Salary: $79,444 - $117,244 per year.
Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in West Virginia or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.

- Experience in highway or bridge engineering, planning, design, construction, or maintenance.
- Aptitude to build independent engineering decisions within a defined policy framework.
- Sound driver's license and ability to travel to task sites across District 1 counties.
- Must be eligible to function in the United States.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cater to as the District 1 Bridge Engineer for Kanawha, Putnam, Mason, Boone, and Clay counties.
- Perform cutting engineering perform in planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of highways and layouts.
- Create independent engineering decisions within the policy framework.
- Help with setting far-reaching objectives and goals for engineering projects.
- Oversee section activities and personnel in engineering and non-engineering fields.
- Call on project sites to form on-site engineering decisions.
- Train and evaluate personnel to guarantee standard operate.
