The West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) is hiring a Transportation Worker 1 Equipment Operator for the Cabell County headquarters.

Role Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone and radio calls during SRIC operations.
  • Transport materials or fuel to equipment at job sites.
  • Provide traffic control by flagging on job sites.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Participate in the U.S. Department of Labor apprenticeship program.
