Qualification

Role Responsibilities

Supervise all Village Services operations and personnel in Point Lay.

  • Manage equipment maintenance, production, and distribution of municipal services.
  • Oversee roads, drainage, airports, landfills, and sewage lagoons.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with contractors on Village Services construction projects.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure effective use of borough investments.
  • Establish a priority road network and ensure roads remain open year-round.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise village staff.
  • Report division concerns to the Division Program Manager.
  • Promote teamwork with the Village Coordinator and other NSB entities.
  • Respond to City Council concerns related to village services operations.
