The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) Headquarters is hiring a Custodial Worker for Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama. This part-time position (40 hours per pay period) involves cleaning and maintaining school facilities, including restrooms, floors, and furniture.

- Experience performing cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, and disinfecting lavatories.

Role Responsibilities
Disinfect restrooms including urinals, toilet bowls, and sinks.
- Dust, wax, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Empty waste baskets.
- Work on ladders or scaffolds to clean high areas.
- Set up and tear down for special events or assemblies.
- Sweep, mop, strip, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial-type floor scrubbers and other heavy powered cleaning equipment.
- Open and close school following all security procedures.
