Qualification
To qualify for this GS-12 Management Analyst position.. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal offering or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
This know-how must contain initiating personnel actions, operating with HR and Labor Relations, carrying out workload analyzes, and determining civilian manpower requirements.
- At least one year of specialized background at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or settle band in the Federal solution or equivalent expertise in the confidential or public sector.
- Know-how initiating, reviewing, authorizing, and/or tracking personnel actions such as recruitment, promotion, details, and awards.
