Qualification

• Experience designing and developing instructional materials using adult learning theories.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring instruments (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

• Excellent written and verbal communication competencies.

• Generate eLearning modules, videos, job aids, assessments, and facilitator guides.
• Collaborate with divisions across Tacoma Public Utilities to pinpoint training needs.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design proven methods.
• Oversee multiple training projects from demands analysis through evaluation.
• Back onboarding, technology adoption, policy training, and employee development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and form data-driven improvements.
• Uphold and update existing training materials as needed.
