Job Description
The US Army Installation Management Command is hiring a Custodial Worker NA-02 for the Fort Campbell MWR Business Recreation Division, specifically the RV Parks, Cabins, Cottages and Pavilions. This regular part-time position guarantees 20 hours per week with eligibility for NAF benefits and leave accrual.
The role involves cleaning rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas; operating light and heavy duty powered equipment; and performing routine maintenance. Applicants should have knowledge of cleaning solvents, tools, and equipment, and be able to follow instructions. This position is open to U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S.
Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Or its territory for three or more continuous years immediately preceding Federal affiliation. The job is located within the local commuting area (50 mi radius) of Fort Campbell, KY.
Salary & Compensation
Salary: $18.23 - $21.27 per hour.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas.
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, strips, and polishes using light and heavy duty powered equipment.
- Operates industrial equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc.
- Performs routine maintenance of equipment.
- Cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes toilet facilities.
- Cleans and dusts assigned areas.
- Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies.
- Empties trash.
- May make beds and change linen.
- Washes walls, windows, blinds, and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds, and safety belt.
Conditions & Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements.
- One-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks per AR 215-3, para.2.
- May be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card.
- Must meet physical requirements; pre-employment physical required.
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.
- Physical effort: standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling items weighing 20-40 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
