KANEOHE BAY MCCS is hiring a Grounds Maintenance Laborer (A02*, Flex) to aid the Klipper Rec Villas in Kaneohe, Hawaii. This role is ideal for people who enjoy outdoor operate and have background working lawn equipment and moving weighty objects.

Role Responsibilities
Loads/unloads/moves hefty boxes, bulky supplies, and materials to and from trucks, dollies, etc.
- Stacks boxes and cartons as directed.
- Using a shovel, digs ditches where grading and sloping isn’t needed.
- Fills holes with dirt and levels bumps and reduced places using shovel, hand tamper, and rake.
- Runs hand and powered (walking category) lawnmowers or weedwhackers, which don’t call for very weighty physical work.
- Clears minor trees and bushes using hatchet, handsaw, or clipper.
- Moves and arranges furniture/appliances as directed.
- May shovel sand or dirt from sidewalks.
- Collects and empties garbage cans, picks up trash in public domains.
- Washes and waxes cars and trucks by hand or using powered buffer.
