Salary & Compensation

Qualification
To qualify for the Sales Associate NF2* role, you must have at least one year of expertise in a user solution or sales-focused environment. Demonstrated understanding of selling techniques and the capacity to train others on sales, signing, and merchandising standards are called for. Attention to aspect is necessary.
- At least one year of background in a customer service or sales-focused environment (needed).
- Demonstrated expertise of selling techniques.
- Aptitude to train working standards and procedures for sales, signing, merchandising, and store brand.
- Ability to execute standards properly and coach others within the staff to do so with a high degree of skill and confidence.
- Ability to work in a high-performance atmosphere with commitment to offering and sales targets.
- Replenishment and merchandise management insight preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supply approachable, expert, and proactive customer service in all retail interactions.
- Assist users with purchases, inquiries, and solution recovery using an 'I can do that!' mindset.
- Advance MCX programs such as Military Star, Super Star Student, buyer satisfaction surveys, and Retain It New.
- Support store operations covering cashiering, sales floor assistance, stockroom back, military clothing, and self-checkout operations.
- Replenish merchandise, keep up planograms, fix promotional signage, and support visual merchandising standards.
- Perform light housekeeping and uphold backroom standards through the 5S program.
- Apply retail equipment such as registers, RF scanners, handheld devices, printers, and labeling equipment.
- Spot and report potential loss prevention matters.

- Employment is contingent upon winning completion of a National Agency Inspect and Inquiries (NACI).
- Frank Deposit of full NET pay is mandatory.
